To continuously develop professional CRCs who can handle oncology clinical trials, we regularly hold in-house training sessions with invited lecturers who are experts in the field of oncology, such as oncologists. In addition, we are actively participating in domestic and international academic societies,
and working on training projects in collaboration with medical institutions specializing in oncology, in order to develop CRC with a wealth of expertise in the field of oncology.

• Oncology Specialist CRC Development Training (In-house)

  Basic Training

  In principle, CRCs with at least three years of experience learn the knowledge and skills to handle cancer clinical trials through classroom lectures and on-the-job training, ranging from basic diagnosis to subject interviewing methods.

  Continuous Training

  A special training program is offered to those who have completed the basic training program to develop CRCs who are more familiar with cancer trials through case studies and learning about quality maintenance and management methods.

• Participation in Overseas Academic Conferences

  ASCO(American Society of Clinical Oncology)

  CRCs selected within the company deepen their knowledge by gaining exposure to the latest cancer knowledge and data from around the world.

• Certified Personnel

  Japanese Society of Clinical Oncology

  EP-Link has Certified CRCs, who are certified by the Japanese Society of Clinical Oncology and are well-versed with cancer treatment clinical trials.
